During the last quarters of 2011, 2013, and 2014, the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC) has surveyed its membership of nurse assessment coordinators (NACs) working in long‐term care with the purpose of understanding the issues affecting their job duties, performance, satisfaction, and challenges.
